What can I do for free?

Why confirm career facts first?

Titles, employers, dates, responsibilities and credentials determine what an application says about you. Review imported information before using it. Your confirmation describes your own experience; it is not independent verification by an employer or issuer.

What does job-specific tailoring change?

Tailoring emphasizes relevant, supported experience. It must preserve the employer, responsibility, contribution and meaning of each fact. Missing qualifications remain gaps, even when the job description asks for them.

Does MyTopMatch submit my applications?

No. Preparing a document or filling a practice form is not an employer submission. Review your materials and complete any real submission yourself. Application assistance is available only within its explicitly supported scope.

Which actions need my approval?

You confirm your professional record and review purchases before checkout. Supported application assistance requires a separate approval tied to the selected information and expires. Approval to prepare materials is not approval to submit an application.

How do credits work?

Some services use credits. Plus and Pro include monthly credits, and additional credits can be purchased. Check the service’s price and your balance before confirming; included benefits and credit costs are listed on the pricing page.

Where is my completed work saved?

Member documents are kept in your private Document Center with saved versions. Personal-service orders have their own delivery workspace. Return to the same account to reopen the work that has been delivered.

Can I correct or delete my information?

You can edit your Professional Passport and review its version history. Review older drafts after a correction. Document controls and privacy settings provide deletion options; changing a career fact does not rewrite a historical submission.
