WHAT CAREER INTELLIGENCE MEANS
Job listings describe openings. Career intelligence helps you understand the professional evidence, constraints, preferences, market context, and transition effort behind a decision.
MyTopMatch connects those signals without pretending that a score can predict your future. The goal is a clearer decision: what is supported, what is uncertain, what is getting in the way, and what you can do next.
Explore the Career Intelligence system →HOW THE TOOLS WORK
Start with the career decision you need to understand—not a generic personality label.
Released public tools are designed to provide a meaningful core result before asking you to save deeper interpretation.
Dimensions, fixed scoring rules, missing data, confidence, and methodology limitations remain visible.
A result can inform your Career Agent or propose Passport attributes, but your confirmation controls permanent profile changes.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Career intelligence is structured information about your professional evidence, position, preferences, constraints, options, and the market context around a decision. It supports judgment; it does not replace it.
Creating a MyTopMatch account is free. Each tool shows any credit requirement before you begin. Résumé Intelligence currently uses 100 credits for a full review; planned tools will not receive pricing until their methods and data requirements are ready.
No public validity, reliability, norm, or predictive claim is made for the current proprietary methods. Every released tool identifies what it measures, how it calculates results, its evidence limits, and its version.
No. Career Tool responses and results are private by default. A tool may propose selected Professional Passport information, but nothing becomes a permanent Passport attribute without your confirmation.
No. Scores and classifications organize the evidence available for a decision. They do not predict hiring, promotion, compensation, unemployment, performance, or career success.
Several tools require occupational, compensation, or labor-market datasets and additional research. MyTopMatch is showing the intended portfolio without linking to incomplete experiences.
