Our commitment
MyTopMatch aims to provide clear, perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust digital experiences. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing product responsibility rather than a one-time certification.
Current design practices
- Semantic headings and landmarks for page structure
- Keyboard-accessible links, buttons, and form controls
- Visible labels for important inputs and controls
- Responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile screens
- Color contrast designed for readable text and controls
- Reduced-motion support for people who prefer less animation
- Plain-language explanations of scores, concerns, and decisions
Known limitations
The service is in public alpha and some complex product flows, uploaded-document experiences, or third-party sign-in surfaces may still require improvement. External employer opportunity pages are controlled by their respective owners.
Feedback
If an accessibility barrier prevents use of MyTopMatch, report the page, task, device, browser, and assistive technology involved through the verified communication channel used to access the alpha. Specific details help prioritize and reproduce the issue.
