Business identity and service
MyTopMatch is currently operated by Ivy League Resumes LLC doing business as MyTopMatch. MyTopMatch is an evolving professional matching and career-intelligence platform. Features may change, be limited, or become unavailable. Employer and recruiter experiences identified as previews are not live marketplace services.
Eligibility and accounts
Members must be at least 18, provide accurate information, protect account access, and use the service lawfully. Access may be limited or suspended to protect members, the platform, or other parties.
Free membership and paid subscriptions
The Professional Passport, Career Intent, assessments, opportunity matching, Career Agent, and limited ATS scoring may be offered through the free membership. Features identified as premium require an eligible membership, active Preview Pass, or sufficient purchased credits. Paid memberships renew monthly or annually at the price and interval presented at checkout until cancelled. Applicable taxes may be added. Included credits are issued monthly, expire 90 days after each grant, and are subject to the plan’s included-credit balance cap. Credits purchased separately do not expire and are excluded from that cap. Credits may not be pooled, resold, shared between accounts, or obtained through automation, duplicate accounts, fraud, or circumvention.
Résumé-service pricing
The public résumé catalog includes a Professional Résumé for $39.95 or 400 credits and a coordinated four-format portfolio for $99.95 or 1,000 credits. Compatibility and designed outputs are formats of the automated evidence-bounded résumé product, not separate human-writing engagements. A member may pay the displayed cash price or redeem the published credit amount. Separately priced LinkedIn, executive-bio, interview, salary, and target-market products require confirmation before development begins.
Pro assessment entitlement
The first paid MyTopMatch Pro activation includes one Professional Intelligence Assessment per member. It is a one-time benefit, not a monthly or annual recurring assessment. The entitlement is recorded when paid Pro activates and may be redeemed while eligible Pro access remains active. It has no cash value, is not transferable, and cannot be converted to general credits.
7-day Premium Preview
An eligible member may activate one seven-day, no-card Premium Preview per account after confirming a Professional Passport and Career Intent. The preview starts only when the member activates it, ends automatically, does not renew, and includes the usage limits shown before activation. It does not include complete premium document exports. MyTopMatch may deny or end preview access when it reasonably detects duplication, circumvention, fraud, or abuse.
Cancellation, access, and refunds
Members may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal; premium access ordinarily continues through the already-paid billing period. Membership, service-credit, and credit purchases are non-refundable after payment because automated features and credit capacity become available immediately, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Credits reserved for an action that fails are returned automatically. Credits are not cash balances and have no cash-redemption value. Stripe processes subscription payments and billing-account actions under its own terms and privacy practices.
Automated outputs and usage
ATS reports, résumés, LinkedIn materials, letters, interview preparation, salary reports, target-market reports, and assessment reports are generated from member-authorized data and available evidence. Members must review outputs before use. Unless a service expressly states otherwise, automated résumé pricing does not include individualized review by a human résumé writer. MyTopMatch may identify missing proof, but it does not authorize fabricated employers, credentials, dates, responsibilities, results, compensation facts, or market claims. An ATS score is a MyTopMatch analytical estimate—not a score issued by an employer or applicant-tracking vendor.
Career intelligence—not a guarantee
Scores, recommendations, explanations, career-agent responses, documents, assessments, and opportunity matches are informational tools. They do not guarantee an interview, employment, compensation, employer interest, candidate suitability, or any particular career outcome. They do not replace independent professional, legal, tax, or financial judgment.
Opportunity and market information
Opportunity and market data may come from employer career sites, public applicant-tracking-system feeds, verified administrative imports, or named third-party sources. The original source controls the authoritative information. Availability, compensation, responsibilities, deadlines, and other details can change. Members should review source dates, confidence, limitations, and the original source before acting.
Member content
Members retain responsibility for résumé content, career information, uploaded documents, assessment responses, and other information they provide. Members authorize MyTopMatch to process that information as needed to deliver the requested product functions. Members may not upload material they do not have the right to use.
Acceptable use
Users may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform operation, harvest member information, misuse opportunity data, evade plan limits, reverse engineer protected systems, submit malicious content, impersonate another person, or use the service for unlawful discrimination, spam, or prohibited automated hiring decisions.
Protected samples and intellectual property
The MyTopMatch name, interface, matching framework, Career Agent experience, Professional Passport structure, Career Document Suite strategy, deliverable layouts, report architecture, site content, and related product materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Protected gallery samples are licensed only for personal evaluation of MyTopMatch services. Users may not scrape, extract, reconstruct, train a model on, redistribute, resell, or create derivative commercial products from those samples. Public samples are intentionally incomplete; complete samples or member-specific deliverables are available only through an authorized account or purchase.
Disclaimers and limitation
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. MyTopMatch disclaims implied warranties where legally permitted and is not responsible for decisions made by employers, recruiters, opportunity sources, payment providers, or other third parties.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the product develops. Continued use after an updated effective date constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law. Subscription price changes will be communicated before they take effect where required.
