MyTopMatch has launched a Career Intelligence platform designed to help professionals understand and organize the factors that shape career decisions. The platform brings together professional evidence, career intent and decision-support tools so members can evaluate their position without reducing a career to a single score or prediction.

The launch reflects a straightforward premise: professionals often have more career information than they can meaningfully interpret. Résumés, assessments, experience, compensation expectations, location preferences, skills and market signals typically live in different places. MyTopMatch is designed to organize those inputs into a clearer, member-controlled view.

A platform organized around career decisions

Career Intelligence is the platform's organizing framework. It helps a professional examine several related questions: how their experience is positioned, what kinds of movement appear plausible, where artificial intelligence may change task demand, how transferable their capabilities may be and which constraints or preferences materially affect a decision.

These tools are intended to support judgment. They do not guarantee employment, predict a hiring decision or replace professional, legal, financial or psychological advice. A result is a structured interpretation of available information—not a promise about an employer or the labor market.

The Professional Passport

The Professional Passport provides the member-facing foundation for organizing career information. It is designed to bring together professional history, capabilities, priorities and selected intelligence outputs in one place. Members can use that context to review their options, prepare for decisions and maintain a more current representation of their professional direction.

The Passport is not a public résumé database. Individual career records, assessment answers, private reports, account records and payment information remain outside the public editorial and research experience.

Career Intelligence without unsupported certainty

MyTopMatch is being introduced with explicit limits on what the platform claims. It does not present illustrative examples as verified member outcomes, and it does not publish customer-derived research findings before the required consent, privacy, cohort and approval conditions are satisfied.

Future research publications, if authorized and supported by eligible data, will be separated from individual product results and accompanied by methodology, data periods, sample sizes, limitations and disclosure controls. No customer-derived findings are part of this launch announcement.

Availability

The MyTopMatch public platform, Career Intelligence resources, Professional Passport information, research-governance materials and newsroom are available at MyTopMatch.com. Product availability may vary by feature and account status.
