FOUR QUESTIONS. ONE DOCUMENT DIAGNOSIS.

Move from impression to priorities.

01

What does it communicate?

A document-level positioning and career narrative profile.

02

What is working?

The strongest visible evidence, structure, impact, and clarity signals.

03

What weakens it?

The lowest-scoring dimensions and missing evidence—without inventing facts.

04

What changes first?

Five ranked priorities, supported by source-linked explanations and actions.

THE DOCUMENT MODEL

Twelve weighted dimensions.
No hidden percentile.

Weights total 100. Scores use fixed proprietary rules, not population comparisons. The overall result is descriptive and directional.

YOUR PRIVATE RESULT

A result that explains itself.

The existing Career Document Intelligence engine is preserved—not replaced. It produces one immutable, versioned report from the stored canonical analysis.

Résumé Effectiveness score and fixed classification

ATS readiness with an explicit system limitation

Twelve dimension scores and evidence links

Strongest signals and five priority improvements

Missing-information questions instead of invented facts

Fact-preserving rewrite examples

Optional target-specific role alignment kept separate from TopMatch

Downloadable report and versioned history

ATS READINESS, WITHOUT THE MYTHOLOGY

Readable is not the same as universally “passed.”

ATS Readiness Score™ evaluates résumé characteristics associated with machine readability, structural clarity, and recruiter searchability. It is not a score generated by an employer's applicant tracking system and does not predict whether a specific employer will accept, reject, rank, or display a résumé.

CAREER POSITIONING × RÉSUMÉ EVIDENCE

Connected, without counting the same evidence twice.

CAREER POSITIONING

Your broader market message

Identity, target, value, evidence, narrative, differentiation, market alignment, and channel consistency.

RÉSUMÉ INTELLIGENCE

What this document supports

A compact versioned summary of document-derived clarity, value, evidence, narrative, and differentiation signals.

SEPARATE EVIDENCE TRACK

No score overwrite

The résumé summary is displayed as private context. It does not modify the Positioning score, automatically change Passport fields, or become a TopMatch eligibility filter.

HOW THE REVIEW WORKS

Transparent rules and visible limitations.

Method RIR-1.1.0 · Engine career-document-intelligence-v1.0 · Scoring resume-effectiveness-provisional-v1.0
01

Extract privately

PDF, DOCX, or pasted text is processed only in the authenticated member workflow. A quality gate requires enough extractable content.

02

Measure deterministically

Document structure, headings, bullets, impact signals, dates, career-level language, and other defined features feed the twelve dimensions.

03

Lock to evidence

Source blocks support findings and rewrite examples. Missing facts become questions, not fabricated achievements.

04

Preserve the version

Engine, schema, scoring, validation, and report-template versions remain attached so historical results stay interpretable.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Understand the result and its boundaries.

What does Résumé Intelligence evaluate?

It evaluates what the document visibly communicates across twelve weighted dimensions, including positioning, accomplishments, impact, ATS readiness, structure, clarity, career-level representation, and differentiation.

Can my résumé pass every ATS?

No tool can establish universal ATS acceptance. MyTopMatch evaluates text accessibility, conventional structure, and recruiter-search characteristics; employer systems, configurations, and decisions vary.

Will the review invent missing achievements?

No. The analysis is source-locked. It asks questions when evidence is missing and requires confirmation before adding scope, metrics, credentials, or outcomes.

How does this differ from the Career Positioning Index?

The Positioning Index examines your broader market message. Résumé Intelligence examines the document itself. A compact document-evidence summary may be shown beside Positioning, but it does not alter or duplicate the Positioning score.

Is my résumé public?

No. Upload, extracted text, results, reports, and analysis history require authenticated access and are returned with private, no-store controls. They are included in account export and deletion workflows.

Is the method scientifically validated?

Not yet. It is a transparent proprietary deterministic baseline with fixed rules. Its interpretation and scoring accuracy remain unvalidated and are not presented as population norms or employment predictions.

METHOD, SOURCE & CITATION NOTES

How to interpret this tool responsibly.

Measures
What a private résumé visibly communicates across defined document, evidence, positioning, and ATS-readiness dimensions.
Result means
A source-linked document scorecard and prioritized improvement plan tied to evidence in the uploaded résumé.
Does not mean
It cannot certify a universal ATS pass, predict interviews, or invent missing accomplishments.
Evidence in this release
Private user document content, deterministic document features, and evidence-linked interpretation; validation remains explicitly incomplete.
