BEFORE YOU BEGIN
Use your current, most recent, or target work. Evidence may come from study, projects, volunteering, or independent work. Rate practices you have carried out; recording why an approach is unsuitable also counts as a considered review. There is no requirement to buy software, use AI at work, or disclose personal circumstances.
Futureproof describes preparation to adapt. This self-review cannot establish job security, predict redundancy, or guarantee that a skill will remain valuable. Use the result to choose feasible development actions.
You can review every answer. There is no timer, no email gate, and no need to share confidential material.

Each dimension has four questions scored from 0 to 4. Its score is round(points ÷ 16 × 100). The overall score is the rounded mean of the five rounded dimension scores. Every dimension has equal weight.
Version 1 uses five stages of adaptation practice, from Not yet to Reviewed. This planning rubric has not been validated as a measure of career resilience or job-loss risk.
These are criterion-referenced labels for this questionnaire's rubric. They are not population rankings and have not been calibrated against hiring outcomes. This is not a hiring prediction or an independent review of your résumé, LinkedIn profile, talent, or market standing.
Your three lowest-scoring dimensions receive an action based on a lowest-rated item in each. Tied dimensions and items use their original assessment order, without implying a difference in need. Items rated Practiced or Reviewed receive maintenance guidance. Checking off a task does not recalculate your score.
When more than one summary pattern fits, this quiz highlights the widest qualifying gap between dimensions. Equal gaps follow the declared rule order. This describes your self-ratings; it does not establish a cause or predict an outcome.
The quiz holds them in page memory and does not save them to an account. Reloading or confirming Start over resets the session. Your browser may retain a page when you navigate back to it. Downloading the plan creates a local text file only when you request it; it does not send the result to another service.
Creating a MyTopMatch account does not automatically transfer this quiz result. Keep your downloaded plan privately if you want to refer to it later.
